I couldn’t believe it when I heard there’s a potty training
underwear now, instead of diapers. I can wash and reuse these instead of
spending hundreds of dollars on diapers. Right now they are only made for
toddlers, but if enough people ask, they’ll probably be willing to make other
sizes too.
I just put a sponge
material into a pouch and if Jimmy has an accident on the way to the potty, I
can remove the sponge, rinse it out, dry and it reuse it. Until it dries, I can
pop another sponge into the pouch and be ready to go until the next accident.
It is saving me tremendously. There are other materials that can be used as
well, one which you throw away after each use. The rest can be washed and
reused.
At $28 a pair for the
underwear and $10 each for the inserts, you can’t go wrong. You only need a few
pair and they can be used when they aren’t potty training without the inserts
when they are trained, so you’re not losing any money, just consider them their
first real pair of underwear.
If you play around with the insert materials, you can get
them to hold what you need them to, but it may take practice if you are trying
to use them for overnight accidents since the amount of fluid being released
may not be possible for the underwear. They can handle so much depending on
which materials you are using and are perfect for daytime use…just remember
they are underwear, not diapers, so they are only limited in how much moisture
they can hold. If, they sound interesting to you, you can check them out and
